Residência Nazareth provides the following Accommodation services:
Single Rooms, Double Rooms, Triple Rooms and Quadruple Rooms in Av. António Augusto de Aguiar n.º 25 – 4.º in Lisbon, Portugal.

The prices indicated in our Price List are per Night and per Room and include our Continental Breakfast.

Residência Nazareth accepts cancellations of Reservations with no penalty being charged up to 48 Hours before the foreseen date of arrival. Cancellations made less than 48 Hours before the foreseen date of arrival shall imply the payment in full of the first night.

Residência Nazareth can only ensure reservations until 18h00 of the foreseen day of arrival. If you foresee that you will be arriving after 18h00 you should pay the first night in advance so that the room is available for you at whatever time you arrive.

Children under the age of two do not pay when staying in a Double Room with their parents.

This agreement and complementary provisions are governed by the Portuguese private legislation in both National and International transactions. In any legal disputes, the parties elect the Lisbon Court of Justice, expressly renouncing any other.
